Your calendar and Google Calendar

Calendar lays out your weddings, the events booked on Money and your appointments, day by day. All times are Philippine time.

Add an appointment

1. Open Calendar and click New appointment, or click a day.
2. Pick what it is (an ocular, a tasting, a fitting, a meeting, a rehearsal or something else), the time and the place.
3. Send anyone from your team who is going.

Ceremo flags a clash when two things overlap, when two events fall on one day, or when someone on your team is booked twice.

Sync with Google Calendar

Click Sync with Google on the Calendar page.

• Your Ceremo events in Google: copy your calendar link and add it in Google Calendar as a calendar from a URL. Your Ceremo calendar then shows up there. Make a new link stops the old one working, if you ever shared it by mistake.
• Your Google busy times in Ceremo: paste your Google calendar's secret address in iCal format. Ceremo shows those times as busy, without their titles, so you can see when you are free. Ceremo never writes to your Google Calendar.

Each person on your team has their own link that carries only the appointments they are sent to.
