Your Ceremo Pro workspace

Ceremo Pro is the coordinator's side of Ceremo. Every wedding you work on, your clients, your calendar and your suppliers sit in one workspace at /pro.

The Events page

Events is the page you land on. From top to bottom it shows:

• Needs you today: what is late or coming up across all your weddings.
• This week: the weddings and appointments on your calendar in the next seven days.
• Your weddings, grouped by month, each with how many guests are expected and how many have replied.
• Events in your books: booked debuts, birthdays and other events you track on Money.

The tabs across the top (Events, Calendar, Money, Suppliers) take you to the rest. On a phone they sit in the menu behind your initials.

Start a new event

1. Click New event in the top bar.
2. Follow the setup steps: the couple's names, the date and the rest.
3. When it is ready, click Hand over on its row and type the couple's email. Once they accept, the wedding is theirs. You stay on it as their coordinator.

When a couple already has a wedding

A couple can add you themselves. They open Collaborators on their wedding and invite you by the email you signed up with. Once you accept, the wedding appears on your Events page, with only the access they gave you.

Your business details

Open Business settings from the menu behind your initials. Your logo, business name and contact details head every report you print, and your public profile lives there too.
