Bring your own team

Invite your assistants and day-of staff, and add them to the weddings where the couple lets you bring a team.

Your assistants and day-of staff are your people, not the couple's. Invite them once and bring them to any wedding where the couple allows it.

Invite your team

  1. Open Business settings from the menu behind your initials.
  2. Under Your team, type their email and pick a role: Assistant or Day-of staff.
  3. Click Send invitation. They get an email with a link that works for 7 days.

Add them to a wedding

The couple decides, for each coordinator, whether they can bring their own team. When they have said yes, open the wedding's overview: Your team lists everyone who has joined. Tick who is working this wedding and click Add my team.

Nobody on your team ever gets more access to a wedding than you have.

Take someone off

Remove them from Your team in Business settings. They leave every wedding you brought them to at once. A wedding where the couple added them directly keeps them.
